New Universal Floor / Ceiling Air Handler Released
EMI is pleased to announce the release of their new Universal Floor / Ceiling air handler as part of their America Series line of ductless split air conditioning systems. This American made 13 SEER air handler can be used in either a ceiling or floor mount application. Available from 9,000 – 36,000 BTU/H, a unique feature of the Universal is that it offers optional electric strip heat. Other features include factory installed multiple drain pans so that no field modification required, a dry mode that allows for dehumidification with minimal change in room temperature (requires electric heat) and a test mode that overrides controls for easy start-up and diagnostics. Additionally, a selectable filter indicator notifies occupant when cleaning is required and it is easily configured for fresh air intake.
